Terms of Service

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Quillly (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Quillly is an AI-powered blog automation platform that helps users generate, optimize, and publish blog content. The Service includes AI content generation, SEO optimization tools, and publishing features.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Generate spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service. AI-generated content is provided “as-is” and you are responsible for reviewing and editing it before publication.

6. Blog Delivery and Attribution

When you use Quillly’s blog delivery service (serving blog content through a reverse proxy on your domain), the following requirements apply:

  • Attribution badge. All blog pages served through Quillly must display the “Published with Quillly” attribution badge. Removing, hiding, or obscuring the badge is a violation of these Terms.
  • Content integrity. Content delivered through your reverse proxy must be passed through unmodified. Server-side manipulation of Quillly-generated content — including but not limited to removing attribution, injecting unauthorized scripts, altering article content, or stripping metadata — is prohibited.
  • Search engine accessibility. Your website’s robots.txt must not block search engine crawlers from accessing the blog path served by Quillly. Blocking crawlers undermines the SEO value of the content we generate for you.

We perform regular automated checks to verify compliance with these requirements. Violations are handled through a graduated enforcement process:

  • Warning. You will receive an email notification describing the issue and steps to resolve it.
  • Suspension. If the issue is not resolved after multiple checks, blog delivery will be suspended and your blog pages will return a 404 response.
  • Termination. Repeated or intentional violations may result in permanent suspension of your account.

You may restore blog delivery at any time by correcting the violation and re-verifying your connection from the dashboard.

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are only provided as described in our refund policy.

8. Usage Limits

Your use of the Service is subject to rate limits and usage quotas based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary service restrictions.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Contact
